Located in Nasugbu, Batangas, this private beach house is an easy 2 to 3 hours drive from Metro Manila and serves as the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of the urban landscape.

This spacious, 3-story home has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 10 people comfortably. It is located in an exclusive gated community, so you can be assured of safety. The beach is a short drive away. Other features include:

  • Separate entrance to Dining and Living Rooms which are located on 1st floor 
  • 3 Bathrooms and 1 powder room 
  • Air conditioned rooms 
  • Breezy veranda 
  • Family Room with home entertainment system 
  • Billiard table 
  • Ample parking area
  • Housekeeper on site to attend to guests requests and concerns.
  • Kitchen with cook (ask him to whip up his famous Laing Pasta!). Cooking requests must be made in advance and cooking charges will apply.
  • Van and driver available to shuttle you to and from the beach (Airport transfers are also available for an additional Php 5,000)


Nightly Rate Php 18,000 and is good for 10 people. Additional guests will cost an extra Php 1,000 per person, per night.


By booking this house, you will also have access to Club Punta Fuego, a members-only resort club in Nasugbu which features first-class recreation facilities. Should you wish to enter the Club, you may go and directly pay the fees charged by the Club at the Club's Reception Area.

Nightly Rate is good for 10 people. Additional guest/s will cost an extra Php 1,000 per person, per night.
